It also explains the general cancellation position for services purchased online.

1. Shipping Area

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, our standard shipping information applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes may differ for remote areas, Northern Ireland, islands or addresses outside mainland Great Britain.

We may be unable to deliver certain products to some locations.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is:

3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is displayed on the product page or communicated to you.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Courier disruption;
  • Stock availability;
  • Supplier delays;
  • Adverse weather;
  • Peak seasonal demand;
  • Public holidays;
  • Incorrect address information;
  • Security checks; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will contact you where we become aware of a significant delay.

3. Delivery Charges

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

An order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one parcel.

5. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Failure to collect a parcel;
  • Failure to respond to courier instructions; or
  • An unsafe or unauthorised delivery request.

Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery may be charged where permitted.

6. Delivery Completion

Delivery is normally completed when the parcel is delivered to:

  • The address provided;
  • A person at that address;
  • A nominated safe place;
  • A nominated neighbour; or
  • A collection point selected or approved by you.

Please check the courier’s tracking information and delivery photograph where available.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible.

We ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged;
  • An item is missing;
  • You received the wrong product;
  • The parcel appears to have been tampered with; or
  • There is an obvious delivery problem.

The seven-day reporting request helps us investigate quickly. It does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Change-of-Mind Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel most product orders without giving a reason.

You must notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

9. Return Authorisation and Address

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide:

  • Return instructions;
  • The correct return address;
  • Any reference number required; and
  • Packaging or courier guidance.

Do not send returns to our registered office unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Unauthorised returns sent to an incorrect address may be delayed or lost.

10. Return Condition

You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a physical shop.

Returned products should, where reasonably possible:

  • Be complete;
  • Include accessories and instructions;
  • Be securely packaged;
  • Include original packaging where available; and
  • Be protected from damage in transit.

We may make a lawful deduction from the refund if the product’s value has been reduced because it was handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.

11. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless:

  • We have agreed to pay the return cost;
  • The product is faulty;
  • The product is damaged on arrival;
  • The product is incorrect; or
  • The law requires us to pay.

You are responsible for the returned parcel until it reaches the authorised return address.

We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

12. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Where you validly cancel the whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund:

  • The product price; and
  • The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

If you selected an enhanced or express delivery service, we are not required to refund the difference above the standard delivery cost.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods; or
  • You provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days after the relevant return requirement has been satisfied.

Banking and payment providers may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

13. Products Excluded From Change-of-Mind Returns

The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain products, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products;
  • Products made to your specifications;
  • Perishable products;
  • Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
  • Sealed audio, video or software products once unsealed;
  • Digital content supplied immediately after the required consent and acknowledgement; and
  • Other products excluded by applicable law.

These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

14. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, subject to applicable consumer law.

Please contact us promptly if you believe a product is:

  • Faulty;
  • Unsafe;
  • Damaged;
  • Not as described; or
  • Not fit for its normal or agreed purpose.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to:

  • A refund;
  • Repair;
  • Replacement;
  • Price reduction; or
  • Another appropriate remedy.

Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

15. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

In some cases, we may ask you to return the original product and place a new order rather than processing a direct exchange.

If the replacement product has a different price, the difference may need to be paid or refunded.

16. Refused and Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, not collected or returned because of an address issue, we will contact you where possible.

A refund may be reduced by reasonable delivery or return costs where the failure was caused by information or instructions supplied by you and where such deduction is permitted by law.

We may need to investigate the matter with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Please do not submit multiple courier claims for the same parcel.

18. Cancellation of Services

Returns do not apply to completed professional services in the same way as physical goods.

If you are a consumer and purchase a service online, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the service contract is formed.

If you request that we begin providing the service during that cancellation period:

  • You may be required to pay for work completed before cancellation; and
  • Your cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed, where you gave the required express request and acknowledgement.

Business clients are subject to the cancellation and notice provisions contained in their quotation, proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Non-refundable third-party expenses and work already completed may remain payable.

19. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch.

We will try to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may need to receive and return it in accordance with this policy.
